Shipping within Australia

Hunter's Slime Factory currently ships within Australia only.

Processing times

Our slime is handmade and orders are generally packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. During particularly busy periods, new releases or special events, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are in addition to our processing time. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at huntersslimefactory@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us at huntersslimefactory@gmail.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the parcel and products so we can help.
